Life;Mistaken Path and a Love

Thinking of people in state of delirium, it seems that they will always be happy in place where they are not. Perhaps I too will be happier elsewhere. Suddenly I think of Samuel backett who wrote “For me there have been always two fools. One asking nothing better than to stay where he is and other imagining that life might be slightly less horrible a little further on.” For this I became a fool and wanted to carry on with my thoughts about life, about solutions, about religion, about faraway places. But I drift back to woman who is waiting for me and for whom I doesn’t have right to say am good enough.
In life, people blunder their relation to blacklist people. The greatest rose of the day before a sunset loses its charm on the next sun rise, and woes it as a thorny bush. Many blame their past love for having spoiled their mood of future. But I was never even privileged to do even the dark crosswise of love because I never had one, I must say.
One may blame the fate and the past life for the negative deeds, but I blame myself for never catching up the rope of being a capable lover for the angel that wishes for a good chunk of heart. I look outside into the sunshine where the birds and bees of the humming noise share their love of rising together, and wish I could catch my train with words of love to reach the other edge of life. Am not talking about all the philosophies that of a love and relationship, but am sharing the importance of a double sided flight, that can reach both the ends of life. For you may think that a person in relationship with you seems to be happy, never take it for granted as barking dogs never bites.
Silence is another damned devil that leaves you dump for the eternity. The devil has the power of a bullet that kills and destroys the heart of the lion king and end a fruitful hunting journey. I went through a news magazine yesterday and it wrote, “Where the lawlessness becomes the law of a country and people speak of democracy, the outspoken lots represents the silent ones, but world fails to see the truth and watches the former dies for the cause of later”. It’s a rational and common to view the silence as a mode of speech, yet never a best conversation for who wishes to share a lot before he dies.
I spoke too much for the reason that I was unable to share it to you that I never did before and you may also have lots to reason it out. But let me add another word for it, “you will never have to justify your words because those who doesn’t love you will not listen to it and those who loves you doesn’t need it.” I hope it reaches to you some day.

Civil Service in Bhutan

Although there is no generally accepted definition for the “civil service”, it is recognized as the expanding corps of trained human resources in the service of the state in a given area (Meer, Raadschelders, & Toonen, 2015) . Civil service is the main component of modern government and its influences have become important but civil service in the governmental system has grown more difficult  (West, 2003) . The external relationships of the civil service have been changing with its internal characteristics modification in the political systems generally. However, the total work force comprising the civil service has been growing in most countries (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development , 1999) . Civil servants in Bhutan also grew significantly from few hundreds to 26,669 in 2015. The 2014-2015 annual report on the state of the civil service (2015) shows that there were 26,669 civil servants as of June 2015, with 53% of the total civil servants under profe...

Sustainability of Yak Population in Haa

In the high altitudes of Haa, majority of nomadic inhabitants depend on rearing yaks (Poephagus grunniens or Bos grunniens) for their livelihood. Located at an elevation ranging from 1,000 to 5,600 meters above sea level, around 25% (Torsa Strict Nature Reserve, 2011) of the people depends on yak and its products for their livelihood. Yak is the prime source of their livelihood and is also used as a beast of burden. However, with modernization seeping in, yak herders say that the tradition may vanish in a few decades. ( Dahal, 2008) Yak is a multi-purpose animal, providing its owners with milk (and the resultant milk products), meat, hair and wool, hide, work as a draught animal (packing, riding, ploughing) and feces – important as fuel in the absence of trees, but also as manure and as a building material. The yak is integrally associated with the culture, religion and social life of its herders, their families and communities. However, with outside pressures influencing th...
